Crumbl+cookie+box

Crumbl cookies. The cookie company is taking the world by storm. It is the newest food phenomenon, whose sales have jumped due to their wildly popular Tik Tok account. Some of you might be surprised to find out that Crumbl launched in 2017. With its recent jump to popularity, Crumbl has become the new favorite.

Unlike most cookie company’s their flavors switch every week. They always have their chocolate chip cookie and their iced sugar cookie, but the rest of the flavors change every week. This week they were celebrating their 4th anniversary, so the cookie flavors were all party-themed. They had Funfetti milkshake, Brownie Batter, Peanut Butter Brittle, and Original ft. Golden OREO cookie pieces. I went to order them and was pretty impressed that I could get four cookies for 13 dollars. Of course, this was before the delivery fee, which was 10 dollars. Almost the same price as the cookies! Are these massive, popular, and quite expensive cookies worth it?

The Classic Iced Sugar

This cookie is a nice chilled sugar cookie. It seemed bland compared to the other cookies, but it was a nice and simple cookie. I only had about a quarter of the cookie, and I was already full, but of course, I had to try the rest of them.

The Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie

This cookie was warm and almost melted in your mouth. It was one of the best Chocolate Chip Cookies I have had. However, after a couple of bites, it quickly becomes a regret. I can only handle maybe a fourth of it without my stomach severely cramping. Too much sugar!

Funfetti Milkshake

This cookie did live up to its name. It was a sugar cookie full of sprinkles with a whip cream-type frosting. Normally, their cookies have a buttercream or cream cheese frosting, but this frosting was light and fluffy. The cookie was not too filling either.

Peanut Butter Brittle

The peanut butter brittle cookie was very peanut buttery. That is the only way that I could describe the cookie. It has a peanut-flavored buttercream frosting topped with bits of peanut brittle, on a peanut butter cookie. If you don’t like peanuts or peanut butter then this cookie is not for you.

Brownie Batter

The brownie batter cookie was the cookie I was excited about. I love chocolate and love pretty much anything with the word brownie in it. It was as I was expecting, very chocolaty. It seemed to melt in my mouth. I only had a little bit since it was so sweet and chocolaty.

Original Ft. Oreo Cake Piece

This was my personal favorite of the box. I didn’t know what to expect from this cookie. The cookie is a sugar cookie with cake chunks in it, topped with cream cheese frosting and golden Oreo cookies. The cookie was light, and the mix of the flavors was nice together. It was not a gut buster like some of the other ones either. Overall, this cookie left me very pleasantly surprised.

Even though Crumbl cookies are extremely sugary, the cookies are great if you are having a party. However, it is not worth the 10 dollar delivery fee for 13 dollars cookies. If you are ordering a small number of cookies, it is best to go pick them up from the store. It is physically impossible to eat more than two cookies by yourself. Crumbl is a good option if you enjoy sampling new flavors of cookies. The downside to this whole business is cookies only stay around for a week, and they only bring back the most popular ones. If you have a favorite cookie you better get it fast because it may never come back again.
