AZ Cardinals made some moves off the field due to recent injuries.

During week 6 of the NFL, Regular Season teams were impacted by trades and injuries. With one large trade coming to the scene as a wide receiver has been traded to the Arizona Cardinals. Robbie Anderson the wide receiver for the Carolina Panthers has been traded to the Cardinals in exchange for a Pair of draft picks in the years to come. Robbie Anderson has voiced in the past his concern about the Carolina Panthers organization, at one point last year even dissing the quarterback. Robbie Anderson has not always been on the Panthers however, the start of his career began in New York playing as an undrafted rookie for the Jets in 2016. Having a decent season in 2017, and the best season he has ever had in 2020.

Robbie Anderson is known for his ability to use his speed to his advantage, as he ran a 4.36-second 40-yard dash in the NFL combine. Although he may not be the greatest receiver that a team can have he sure is a good player to have on your team. The Cardinals, being one of the many teams plagued by injury this season have lost their second-best receiver Marquise “Hollywood” Brown for the season. With the return of Deandre Hopkins from his PED suspension also coming in the next week. The team hopes that they can find their rhythm again after taking a devastating loss to the Geno Smith lead Seahawks. The Cardinals sitting at the bottom of the NFC west hope to also climb their way up the ranks before it is too late.

Cardinals face a short week this week as they place this Thursday versus vs. the New Orleans Saints to start, off week 7 of the Regular Season. The upcoming weeks will be tough for them as they face many teams that are .500 or above. After losing two games in a row, Head Coach Kliff Kingsbury hopes to find some footing on offense and see the ability to not give up this season. After starting the season 7-0 before their first loss last year, the team has shown some falling off as they sit at 2-4 after week 6. Anderson did play a couple of snaps in the Cardinals’ win over New Orleans last night.
