Gunner Gingg, Staff Writer
Gunner Gingg, a football player at Verrado High school, wants to try new things, so he thinks journalism is a great way to start. Gunner was born and raised in Arizona and has always been open to anything active. He has always enjoyed playing football. He loves the teamwork, the adrenaline, and the memories he makes with his teammates. Going into his second year on varsity, as a junior, he plays outside linebacker and running back and should be a major help for the Vipers this year as they are coming off of a good season going 7-4 and making it to the playoffs. He is excited to see what he and his team can accomplish going into this year’s season.
Outside of football, Gunner also enjoys offroading. Ever since he was little he grew up riding dirtbikes and quads. He and his family take trips every year to the sand dunes with friends and family to go and make memories and ride their offroad vehicles through the dunes. After the long day of riding, they gather around and share stories, make dinner, and have s’mores by the campfire. Gunner looks forward to it every year because he loves bonding with his friends and family and loves the thrill of offroading.
