The Viper Vanguard held its annual car show, “The Music That Drives Us,” on Saturday, January 27th. They hold this car show to raise money for the marching band; this money is raised to support the band for the next couple of years, fixing instruments and buying helpful tools to ensure they’re as successful as possible for their marching season, performances, and competitions. Their goal for this year was $5,000, and they managed to exceed this goal by raising $5,300.
As a band, they invite vendors and cars from all over the area to promote their products and talents to the public and allow them to show off their cool rides. In between viewing vintage cars and buying delicious food, the Verrado Vanguard came out to play for everyone, marching around and performing tunes for the people attending the event. The band had such a phenomenal time in the process, and they’re so excited to do it again next year.
