The 2025–2026 school year marks Kacey’s fourth year at Verrado High School, making this her senior year and her second year on The Viper Times staff. She is also a member of the school’s volleyball team. Kacey chose to take Journalism for three main reasons: to improve her research skills, continue developing her writing abilities, and work toward her dream of pursuing a career in journalism. Her main focus for The Viper Times is writing articles about recent events and trending topics, including sports, music, and pop culture.
