Joseph Seymour, Staff Writer
Born in Wilmington Delaware, here is Joseph Seymour. He is 17 years old and enjoys various topics. One of these topics is math which has always been a very intuitive subject for him. In fact, he completed all of his math credits by sophomore year. Another one of these subjects is Music which was not always as enjoyable for him, however. It wasn’t until high school that he had a remote interest in playing the flute due to challenging songs and a great community of band members. Last but not least on the list of topics are Puzzles which are Joseph’s number one hobby that he’s always loved to pieces. Whether that be Jigsaw puzzles or Rubik’s cubes he can solve them all.
When he is not doing these activities, this student loves learning new things. He believes that “in order to have a more successful life, one must live by the acronym CANI–Constant and Never-ending Improvement.” Following this advice has led him down a proper path through life. He has achieved a lot academically and personally, including having been part of NHS and becoming a drum major for the marching band. “It was through dedication and responsibility that I became able to work through my issues and experience the positive aspects of life” he explained.
Joseph is aware that he still has plenty to learn and that the journey has only just begun. He simply hopes to retain the pace he is making toward success and that he can continue to be a part of something greater with his peers.
