Every Sunday the usual Verrado Farmer’s Market. It takes place every Sunday in Verrado’s Town Square and is between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You will be able to find different organic or seasonal crops from the local producers, plants and seeds from vendors, plus ranchers and of course local eggs. It is always a great opportunity to support local vendors in Verrado and buy unprocessed food or food to grow yourself. Even if it is a known event in Verrado, it is still a must visit if you are looking for something to do on a Sunday
On Saturday, April 25th between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM you can visit the West Valley TCG Expo. It is the newest card show where collectors, players, and families can buy, sell, and trade their favorite cards. No matter if it is Pokemon, One Piece or sports cards, everyone is welcome to pay a visit. It also includes different raffles and giveaways where you are able to win different prizes. It is located at Pathfinder Academy on 20570 W Roosevelt St, Buckeye, AZ 85326.
If you are new to Verrado and moved here in the last 12 months then the New Neighbor party will be the perfect thing for you to do! On May sixth, at Center on Main (4239 N Village St, Buckeye), there will be a big celebration with all new people that recently joined the Verrado community. Different things like appetizers, water, and juice will be given out for free from the Verrado Assembly. You will get the chance to meet others who also recently moved to Verrado and maybe make some new friends. A big plus is also that you will get to learn more about Verrado and the community. An important notice is that you will have to sign up for it on the Verrado Website, to attend the event.
