On January 12th-13th, Verrado High School has held this tournament for a couple of years now. And compete with schools not only in the Agua Fria district but also schools all around the Phoenix Union district.

Verrado High School wrestlers spend weeks, if not months, preparing for tournaments and have a very good wrestling team, and always put on a show for the crowd. The grueling training sessions, disciplined diet plans, and mental fortitude required to step onto the mat are treatments to the dedication these athletes bring to their sport.
