Do you have proper hygiene? It’s very important to have good hygiene. Proper hygiene is when you take care of yourself and keep yourself healthy. This includes taking showers, washing your hands, brushing your teeth, etc. Anything really just to keep your body clean and healthy. Good hygiene can help you prevent illnesses and make you feel better about yourself. 

One thing you can do to keep good hygiene is taking showers every day. You can either shower in the morning or at night. Some say that showering in the morning is better for your acne, people with allergies often shower at night. But, in my opinion, I like showering at night better. If you only shower in the morning then you’re going to have to go to sleep with all that dirt and bacteria you’ve built up all day. This is why I prefer showering at night. Brushing your teeth is also very important. This is something most people forget to do and don’t think is super important. You are supposed to brush your teeth every morning and night for about two minutes. Brushing your teeth helps prevent gum disease and removes the plaque off your teeth. Plaque is the primary cause of gum disease and tooth decay, so remember to always brush your teeth. There are many people that are picky about toothpaste or their gums and mouth are sensitive. You can get this toothpaste and your local Walmart. Remember your health and hygiene are very important so always take care of yourself.
